I like your innovative approach to getting tenant consent to credit screening. It works well for me since I only have to screen a couple of tenants a year and can't afford other credit screening services that I looked into.

It would be helpful to have bi-weekly in the drop-down box for income. The tenant in question gets paid every two weeks and some months she would be paid 3 times. Very easy to use. So far a five but even after the credit report I suspect that will remain. Thanks!

The credit report was very confusing. It took a while to figure out the overall credit picture on the subject. Also, your recommendation was 'approve with conditions' but we were unable to establish what the condition might be.

The assistance was confidently knowledgeable, however, I found that she was talking over me, somewhat interuptive not allowing me to finish my question, perhaps rushing a bit. The site is a little cumbersome, I thought multiple times I could click on a hotlink in the informational squares. Would like to download the file to my hard drive so I do not have to be connected to internet to print and for my own archives as well. Otherwise pretty smooth.

I couldn't find any place where it gave the cost of the credit report before signing up. I don't usually like to sign up for anything without knowing what it costs. Perhaps I missed a screen somewhere, but I would have expected the charges to be something easy to see.

Kind of bulky getting around, took some time to figure out where to go and what to do. Did not like having to wait for my client to approve the process when I already had an application in my hand signed by them. But I guess it needed for security purposes. However my guess anyone could of filled out the clients portion and still got the information. So its not as secure as you think it is. It is what it is. I will use the service again.

Excellent online service and easy to use. Being an independent owner/landlord of a single unit, this service is ideal as there are no monthly/yearly charges and I pay only for what I use once a year when I get new tenants. The enroll process was very simple, however i think there needs to be a feedback process so the customer knows their account setup is completed after the home inspection is done. I am still waiting for an email.

Easy to use, clear and ensures both tennant and landlord are willing to go through the credit check process. The visual diagram that shows credit payment history is great, but would be even better if it was all on the same time scale. Records related to medical payments/debt would also be very helpful, as this is often where people have difficultlies.

The 24-hour 7 days a weeks is a false advertisement. The tenant called twice and left a message and no one return his call. I also called 3 times and left a message, and nobody return my call. THeir service is horrible.

It would be good to know upfront that you will need the applicant's email and their approval before the report is available. I could have planned time better. This makes it difficult if you a tenant that is elderly and does not have internet access.

YouCheckCredit.com provides a wealth of information in addition to ordering the checks we need to screen prospective tenants. It is great not to have inspections, nor any monthly or annual fees as well. Great site.

it really a burden that we have to wait on authorization from potential tenant to check credit slows the process down. my tentant say there is alot of info they have to complete. you should make it just a yes or no authorization process.

This is a really great, easy to use service. I renting the one property I own, and it is very simplistic and affordable as opposed to products designed for those who have multiple properties. Easy to review information, and like the tenant email confirmation feature.

This was very simple to use. You do have to have an email address for the subject of the credit check, and the subject needs to fill out their approval before you can view the report. That was not an issue though. Great service, very quickly. Thank you.

Some states/cities have age discrimination laws that make it illegal to ask an applicant's DOB. It would be nice if your program allowed us to make an inquiry with all info except the DOB (as long as we have a SS# and the tenant sends an email to verify all else).

The interface to move from one type of report to another is not that easy to use. Also for the decision section, there is no where to indicate if the potential renter decided not to rent the place after the application was submitted but before a final decision was made.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that youcheckcredit.com provided landlords a tenant recommendation report. Further, I was able to select objective, fair criteria by which all applicants can be measured. I plan to use youcheckcredit to find my next tenants!

Pricing is misleading, almost of a bate and switch technique. The home page before logging on states credit report is $15, it does not state this as the price if you get on-site inspection. Also, there is no comparison for pricing between on-site inspection and not. I would like to know how much money I'd save by doing the inspection. The pricing needs more clarity. Aside from this the services you provide are good.

i have had several applicants ask whether they could complete the application digitally - and even though every other part of the transaction is done online- the application form cannot be filled out by typing into an online form. It must be printed, filled in by hand or typewriter, and then faxed or scanned, so I can read it ( or more often misread it's strange handwriting which has been copied,faced or scanned) retype it all again online- make it easier for me and my tenant- create an online

This has been the easiest and most thought out credit screening service that I've ever experienced, right from the beginning. I called to get clarification on exactly how it worked and the lady was super cool. I was talking to a friend and the emailing the subject provision is ingenious, it keeps all of the permission releases between them and the subject so I don't have to go through that whole ownership documentation, site inspection nonsense AT ALL!!!

It would be great if you integrated past purchases and data on Landlord411.com with YouCheckCredit.com. When you first decided on pay-as-you-go website, I should have been given the option to choose between annual membership and a-la-carte. Now, I cannot access any of my past purchased reports from as early as 2005 because I don't need an annual membership. Also, Equifax bureau seems to be more useful, but in the last credit check I ran in late August 2010, you switched to TransUnion. Why?

I think there should be a tiered pricing scale, based on the amount of usage. the more reports you run, the less they should cost per report.

Information provided is usually accurate and in an understandable format. Can select from various pricing options - though I do wish you provided a discounted fully search option.
