I thought I wasn't ordering the report till I input the room mate information which I saved but it went ahead and submitted the primary report anyhow. Then I had to figure out how to view it. Seems like it was easier last time I used it 2 years ago.

the EASY OPTION box would have a tendancy to throw off a customer, misreading it as you need the applicants email address to get the reports. this area you may want to make smaller. then reading down to the Traditional box....OMG WAY TOO COMPLICATED!!!! not good at all. we've used a site much simplier in the past. thought there might be something better but, this is not it. sorry.

I submitted a request yesterday afternoon and still have no answer. My applicant received email verification and your system would not accept his social sec # so he is not able to use it and I still have no answer. I'm renting a house and am put at a disadvantage because I could not process the application. Tarzana, CA Sometimes a tenant has 2 jobs but there is no way to enter a 2nd job...so the income ratio skews wrong. I would like a package option that lets me CHOOSE whether I want terrorist/sex offender info or if I prefer bankruptcy/more extensive criminal reports. Also, the criminal information is not helpful because it does not list what the issue was (for example if it says "citation" that could be something harmless or harmful but I can't tell.
